Adult Ballet: Fundamentals
This class is designed for dancers with some ballet experience and dancers who are wanting to practice the bare basics in a patient atmosphere with plenty of room for curiosity and questions. Classes will focus on learning placement, musicality, basic patterns of movement, and foundational terminology and principles of ballet with an emphasis on building an embodied sense of the technique in each dancer’s own body. We will begin at the barre and then progress into the center where we’ll translate the building blocks of technique into combinations that move us through space.

Adult Beginning Ballet
Adult Beginning Ballet is a slow-paced class designed for dancers with a basic understanding of ballet positions and vocabulary. Following the traditional structure of a ballet class, students will focus on building a strong technical foundation through simple, progressive combinations. Class begins at the barre, moves into center work, and concludes with an across-the-floor combination that is developed throughout the class. Dancers will explore proper body alignment, build strength, improve coordination, and refine the fundamentals of ballet technique. This class provides a supportive environment to master the basics while beginning to develop confidence, musicality, and artistry in movement.
N3 at Berkeley Pride
Berkeley Pride: From Joy to Justice will uplift QTBIPOC LGBTQIA+ arts, culture, community, and history in Berkeley and across the East Bay. The festival will feature local artists and performers, resource and service providers, community partners, and vibrant all-day programming for people of all ages. 📅 Save the Date: Sunday, August 30, 2026 🕚 Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (TBD) 📍 Location: Martin Luther King Jr. Civic Park, Berkeley, CA We are currently in the planning phase and are inviting mission-aligned partners to join us in making this celebration impactful, inclusive, and joyful.
